What is it about people who fail to recognise that neither age nor gender have any real bearing on peoples' capabilities, preferences or interests?

Those youngsters should remember which generation invented all those things they now take for granted ....... insert a long list here

I agree, my ex wanted me to buy her a matching set of something to wear, so I bought her a pair of wellies and a donkey jacket. She was not very appreciative, even when I pointed out it was not gender specific.

Well, I already posted somewhere here about the (young) lady who knocked on my door looking for my vote recently. All she could talk about to me was elder care, nursing homes etc. I wanted to throttle her!
