White Asparagus In Brine

    Rooting through the cupboard I found two jars of white asparagus in brine. God only knows how they got there.
    Any idea what I can do with them

    love these as a starter on their own with a lovely french mustard vinaigrette

    OK too with some nice smoked ham or similar as an antipasto dish, or just part of a salad.
