I seller came to our door & my wife signed up for cennection next week

    I seller came to our door & my wife signed up for connection next week.
    On the leaflet he gave us it says HD is €10 extra pm -which would mean €80pm
    The seller told my wife "everything is HD" for €70 pm
    which is it?
