Would like to know what I have to do to bring her for a 1 month stay. I am EU citizen but she is from Brazil, I know I have to send her a letter with the invitation, is this enough? Thanks.

She applies online for a short stay visit family/friends visa, https://www.visas.inis.gov.ie/avats/OnlineHome.aspx

She's from Brazil so doesn't need a visa. Make sure she has a letter from you, copy of your passport photo page (with matching signature), and a return ticket.
