My wife is using a windows phone and I am using an android phone.
Tried Viber but think you have to pay, tried WhatsApp got free voice calls but no option for video calls.
I remember years ago you just had to press video call on the screen in the middle of a call and it went straight to it but that was before Apple "invented" face time.
