    Have you registered to receive a Nest with Electric Ireland? If so, then an appointment would be arranged with yourself depending on the availability of the installers in your area.

    If you would like us to look into this further for you, could you please send us a private message with the following details?
    • Your full name
    • Your Electric Ireland account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
    Should you have any other questions please let us know.

    Hi again,

    The length of time the customer waits for the technician, following completion of their switch/processing of their Electric Ireland Nest plan, varies depending on the area in which the customer is based, and availability of contractors in that area.

    If you private message us the area in question, we can ask the Home Services team for an approximation of the length of time you would be waiting. If you have registered for the Nest plan and if you confirm your details as per my colleague Brige's message, we can pass these to Home Services also and they will be able to see the progress in relation to your plan/installation.
