    Does anyone know of a good online service to send out bulk texts to around 100 people twice every month?

    Any of the network providers that provide webtext. Set up a group and away you go.

    I do this all the time with Meteor Webtext. 400 free texts per month, including 100 international. You can import/export lists of numbers and set them up as groups. Very flexible. I haven't used the others for a while, so not sure if they have kept up with all these features?
