Confirmation Email Ryanair not received

Just wanted to ask has anyone ever had a problem with Ryanair over a confirmation email for flights? I booked a flight to Barcelona with my girlfriend a couple of days ago as a present for her birthday and everything seemed fine and the payment went though and I got a booking reference which I still have saved. However, I still haven't received any confirmation email at all from Ryanair and I have checked my bank statements and the money was taken out of my account but still I have nothing from them.

Just wondering could any of you guys help me out cause I'm slightly getting worried that the flight hasn't been confirmed. I have checked the Ryanair website and searched the booking reference but it says there is no such flight.

Thanks for any of your help :)

Check your trash folder and delete items... could have deleted it in a hurry maybe or else it might have headed in to your email as spam...

If it isn't there you can still retrieve the booking from Ryanair website using other info associated with the booking.. also I had this issue before with Aer Lingus and it came about I put in the wrong email address (yes twice) while I was booking... not in so much of a hurry since... lesson learned...

I checked all my folders and there's still nothing in my emails including Spam, and it's been a week since I booked it.

Surely contacting Ryanair would be the obvious thing? If you have a booking reference just get them to check it.

On your bank statement it will give the booking reference number beside the transaction, if you go on to the Ryanair website you can check in using this number and the last 4 digits of the credit card. Could be possible you might have entered a wrong letter on your email address?

On the Ryanair site, you can get your details by submitting your email address, date of travel and route. That will then give you your booking reference.
