Which network has best offer for low usage?

    Something like
    10 to 15 minutes call a month
    10 to 15 texts a month
    up to 200 MB data
10 to 15 international EU minutes.

Which network would have the best offer for that?

Looks like everyone is offering unlimited or limited packages, but prices start at around 15 euro a month.

I used to be able to get the above from Tesco mobile for around €5 a month, but they are no good anymore.

    Any alternatives?

48months have the Guido. 10 EUR / month. No contract. SIM only.

Meteor 12 EUR / month. 6 month sim contract. SIM only.

Tesco Mobile. 10 EUR / month. No contract. SIM only.

ID mobile 30 day plans are half price for 6 months. Starting at 10 EUR / month.

Lycamobile (uses three's old 02 network) has a 9€ plan for 300 mins/text each and 1GB data but if you want international minutes included.

They have a 10€ Europe plus bundle which gives you 300 international/national minutes (most countries both mobile/landline included) and 2GB of data, however Text are extra.
