    Smoking Stove
I had a new stove installed last August and smoke billows into the room when I open the door to refuel. This happes in all weather conditions. The supplier / installer has visited a number of times, and fully lined the flue attempting a remedy. He contacted the main importers of this stove and their engineer came and checked the assembly and performed various tests and established there is a strong draught in the chimney ( 20 pascals, the stove is rated to perform between 12 and 25 pascals).
I suspect they will still attempt to blame the chimney. Where do I stand in terms of consumer rights?

When you are going opening the door make sure all the dampers are fully open. This should reduce it greatly.

open the door slowly . open it about 1/2" then stop for a second and open the rest.
only open it when it needs to be refilled and not when half full.
