Sorry to start another Thailand thread but I'm looking for information in particular on going to Thailand in July. I'm going with a few friends and this is the only time of the year we can all go. We are only going for 12-13 days so we don't want to be wasting time doing too much travelling. We are flying into Phuket and we want to stay around the islands so where would people recommend we stay? We also want to go to the full moon party while we are there. What is the weather like at that time of the year? Is there anything culturally that we should be aware of, as in certain things we shouldn't do, wear etc..?
