A couple of weeks ago i had a chip fan fire in my house and the fire brigade were called. Now i got the chip pan out of the house before they arrived but when they lifted all the towels off the pan it flashed again so they spray it with something from a fire egstinguisher. A couple of weeks ago i had a chip fan fire in my house and the fire brigade were called. Now i got the chip pan out of the house before they arrived but when they lifted all the towels off the pan it flashed again so they spray it with something from a fire egstinguisher.

Whatever it was they sprayed it with has left a blue sticky substance on the patio and im wondering, how do i get it off the patio?
