Hi - this is embarrassing to ask but I don't fully understand the tyre pressure specs below.

I'm just looking for the correct PSI!

Just multiply the bar reading by 14.5 to get psi.

So for a tyre pressure of 2.3 bar its

    2.3 x 14.5 = 33.35psi (or 33 psi)

    So 29(f), 33(r)?

And when you've them all at the correct pressure hold the tyre pressure indicator on the dash to reset the levels, it'll give you a warning then if one of the tyres becomes low on pressure, the button has the same symbol on it as the picture you posted.

I thought that only gave you a warning if you had a puncture? (or whatever you a call puncture with run flats)

It depends what size tyres and wheels you have and how many occupants you normally expect to carry around

If one of them goes low on pressure you get a warning they don't have to be run flats the sensor is in the suspension not the tyres.
