    Filters are generally threaded on both sides, so you should be able to screw your dioptre onto the front of the lens and then the polariser onto the front of the dioptre.

    Beware that with some lenses you will see the frame of the filter in the corners when you stack them.

    And don't overdo it? Every filter you add is putting more surfaces between the front of your lens and the object, and even if they're of good quality there will be noticeable image degradation (as well as light loss) if you start stacking 3 or 4 of them. But by the sounds of it you're looking for a dramatic effect and fine detail/gradation won't be the main priority.

    Experiment, experiment, experiment. Back when I were a lad, you had to waste film and paper to do this! ;)
