Shower tray paint

Anyone ever tried repainting a shower tray with a paint (spray or brush)? I see the these tins for sale on Amazon and Ebay but they won't ship to Ireland for anything other than large amounts of the stuff.

Given that I have never used it and don't know if it will work I'd prefer to try a small amount first to see how well it works.

Has anyone tried this, did the paint job work well? Best place to get it? I can't see anything in Woodies-type places.

This isn't re-enameling, just giving a fresh coat of paint to a stained shower tray.

I stand in several baths & shower trays per day as part of my job. I've seen quite a few painted but the paint always seems to be pealing in places. I can't say if there are good or bad paints Just that I've never noticed a good job.

Thanks, appreciate the response. I don't know if a proper product exists but it would be good to at least rule it out if there's nothing reliable available.

Use a Parcel service like Parcelmotel,Addresspal etc.
    Try before you buy.
