Carbon bike crack ?

Hi heard a cracking noise on a ride the other day checked the bike up and down found this (pic) it's only 5 months old never been in an accident is it a crack in the fiber ? Or paint and have I any comeback with the shop if it's a crack

bring it back and ask. looks like it was hit or something though.
