Hi maybe its nothing all in my head but one day i was goin thru one of my girlfriends male friends facebook page (not freinds with)

and notice he tagged her name on his timeline but its hidden from her page

quote of the day: that ones long and exciting (girlfriends name) talking about an extenson cord of course.

girlfriend replied : hahah imagine your a silly goose (his name) i stand by what i said so true!

wondering is there any meaning to this. did something happen. curious that its not on her timeline thanks

OP, stop looking at Facebook. Facebook has to be one of the crappiest sites yet and has the potential to cause all sorts of problems.

In this case it sounds like two friends having a bit of fun. Honestly it sounds like an idle comment on her part that was easy to be misconstrued. Sounds like nothing more than a bit of crack and banter between friends.

Unless there's something else there that gives rise to the pair of them being much more of a couple then I'd let this one go and I wouldn't even raise it with your girlfriend either. It looks incredibly stalkerish for a start and it's not going to do the relationship any good in the long run.

Relax and enjoy your time with your girlfriend. Stay off Facebook!

Updates are not "hidden", they can be disabled by default so that someone has to approve every tag, and my own OH has errors every time he clicks the approve button

Don't be obsessing over fb and what's hidden or not

Why would you think that though? Unless there are other reasons to be suspicious, that just sounds like two friends having a bit of banter. Paranoia will kill any relationship...

Or maybe she thought it was unfunny and she didn't want it on her page.

It's concerning that you are so suspicious of her. I think you need to examine why that is.

I really don't think it's cool or even healthy to keep reading through her comments to reassure yourself. You either trust her or you don't.

It was obviously a bit of banter, with a bit of innuendo thrown in for good measure. Why didn't she put it on her page? Are you her only friend on Facebook? I doubt it! Is she friends with her parents? Aunts? Neighbours? Work colleagues? I'd say she didn't want it publicly on her page, but not to hide it from YOU.

I'm often amazed by what people post on Facebook for all and sundry to see. I wish more people would hide their stuff!!
