Issues registering

    Hi,
    I am trying to register with electric Ireland.
    It fails with the following error:
    "Unfortunately your request could not be processed at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes. Please try again later."
    Ive tried this on both Chrome and IE browsers

    Thanks for confirming that you are trying to register for Online billing with Electric Ireland.

    In order for us to look into this full for you could you please send us a private message with the following details?

    - Your full name
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Your contact number or date of birth as they appear on your Electric Ireland account
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
