    Hi,

I want to set up a company with two shareholders, can I go about doing it myself through the CRO? Anyone have any experience with this, what are the costs?

    Cheers

Yes you can do it yourself though the CRO. The fee is 100 euro. You are looking for an A1 form.

Hi I'm looking into this at the moment. I'd be interested in hearing what advise you have received? I came across a decent article here which I found useful vitagap.com/2017/01/28/setting-up-a-limited-company-in-ireland-for-e51-02/
