Pannier for Carrying Workclothes

    Hi,

I'm trying to find a pannier that would be good for carrying suit trousers and a shirt to work each day whereby they could be transported flat so that they don't get creased. I was looking at the Arkel Randonneur trunk bag but it looks like it might be on the small side? Does anyone have one?

    Any other recommendations are welcome.

    Thanks.

Ortlieb do a rack top bag/case, about the size of airline carry-on luggage,
    catalogue http://admin.ortlieb.com/kat_en/ page 12/13

I saw one in Cycleways a few years ago, nice but expensive.

Something very German about the fact that the majority of the photos in that catalogue are from the west of Ireland.

Do you ever drive or use public transport to work? Do you have a wardrobe in work? I bring multiple shirts and trousers into work if I'm driving, use as required, bringing home dirty laundry on the bike, using cheap Aldi panniers and plastic bags.

Unfortunately my locker in work isn't big enough for me to be able to hang shirts or trousers, otherwise I would do as you say, drive in on Sunday and drop the clothes for the week off.

    Thanks

Also my method can lead to panic attacks halfway to work, when I can't remember if I have trousers or a shirt in work. Or a towel for the shower!
