Advice on licensing an image

Hi all, hoping someone can offer me a bit of advice. I've been contacted by a company looking to license an image of mine which will be displayed no larger than A3, on one panel for up to 10 years. I have no knowledge of how to do this correctly so any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks
