I'd talk to some rally heads as its a common enough swap. Maybe try on the RallyForums.com. Something is rattling away in the head about some looms dont need to be swapped and some driveshafts/hubs won't fit the B16 either. Mounts etc don't need to be fabricated, but specific ones off certain models/years do need to be found to bolt in.

    Sorry I'm not more helpful

Civic conversions are all plug and play. Main bits you need are engine. Mounts. Box. Ecu Driveshafts from vti or sir as sum type r shafts (5 stud) are different. Engine loom. Gear linkages im not sure sum work sum dont. U might get away with the dash loom if its a vtec loom

It's an eg bud...I read up meself it was basically plug and play...b16 engine loom supposedly plugs into the eg 1.5 dash loom...I bought an eg the other night with 1.5 vtec running on dual carbs...loom is cut to pieces so have to buy a loom now and was hoping to get away with a new 1.5 loom as I have a b16 with engine loom and ecu

If the eg is dual carb your gona have to change the petrol tank and petrol line or adapt the lines to suit as theres no pump in the eg tank. Which also means your going to have to change the interior loom back to the tank to have wiring for the pump. Is the engine and loom out of an ek or eg as the ek loom wont plug into the eg loom
