Where are kerry farmers going to get a real leader and representative to stand up and recieve a top milk price from our plc and also surcure our farm inputs from different suppliers of feed , fert etc , to give our 3500 suppliers as a group , the best deals out there . We dont have to buy from kerry agribusiness , yes we need credit , let our co op.leader go out and put this in place with other suppliers to the industry , kerry agribusiness is part of the plc and does not work in the farmers interest but in the interest of profit , kerry farmers need to regroup and stand up , we need to cop on , cop on .we can not do an awful lot on milk price but yes as a group we need to buy our in puts much cheaper , Costs make up the most of a litre of milk .
We need a full time , high paid ,representative with a working office secretary and a smaller board of directors , we are already paying , LADS ! , but not recouping the benifits .

It is a strange set up. The Board represent the shareholders? Not the suppliers. Doesn't make sense. Suppliers need an independent representative who is able to negotiate at a high level. Regarding the agri shops - seems pricing is high - higher than the cost of the credit. Agree with you Kerry Cow.
