Hi folks just wondering if anybody can help here the wife accidentally drove over a path today in a shopping center and got her front wheel caught she tried to reverse it out but it didnt happen

the guy from the AA jacked up the car and put a wood board underneath and reveresed it out

he said he could not see any damage

but just later i was looking under the car and do the newish cars have like a tray or mudgard underneath the car that stops stones coming up because when i hit this plastic cover ( which is underneath the driver side ) a lot of stones were coming out and there was no stones were she was today just muck

would these have been picked up on the roads in general and does this tray come off ? thanks folks in advance

Depends on the size but maybe they are from a previous excursion off road :-)

If your wife's name is Mary Mitchell O'Conner the people of Ireland would like their stones returned to the steps of Leinster House.

More than likely would be taken off for servicing. If its only a few stones its grand as long as there is no other damage wont be a problem with nct either.

I'd bring it in to fast fit or the likes. They will check the under tray and secure it in place. They usually don't charge for small things like that, but they might say she needs a service boss :).
