I hear there is a new gluten free beer on the market called Hufi. It is from Switzerland and is also low calorie. It is in tins of 500 ml and 140 calories. Aldi have it on 'special' this Thursday at 1 69 euro

1.45€ in tesco this week or 6 for a tenner in dunnes. Nicest gluten free beer I reckon.

Not from Switzerland, it's made by a polish brewery who make Lomza. Distributed by Comans, who also bring you Dutch gold.

Just see that now. Never noticed before. Always thought it was Swiss. And they ran a competition to go to Switzerland on Nova last week

Its gluten free, but not wheat free, so just beware of that if wheat is an issue for you too! Not all gluten free beers are wheat free.

Mikkeller do an absolute stunning gluten free IPA.

Depending on your individual tolerance for gluten, Pilsner Urquell is extremely low in gluten content. I have a couple of coeliac relatives who can drink 3/4 of them without any issues.

    That's good to know!
