    Hi all,

    My housemates and I are moving out from our current accommodation next week as college exams are finishing. Can we get an up to date bill posted out to our address before next Monday the 16th (payment was made on a previous bill this morning but could I get a bill for charges remaining?)

    Ich danke ihnen (thanks!)

    Hi Uberbeamerman,

    Thanks for getting in touch, and the best of luck with your upcoming exams.

    As you are moving out of your property, we would ask that you call us so that we can update your account and issue you with a final bill.

    You can call us on 1850 448 448 up to ten days prior to your move. Our billing phone lines are open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5:30pm Saturdays.

    Alternatively, if you would like to send us a PM with the below details we can organise for a member of our team to call you:

    - Your name;
    - Contact number;
    - The address you are moving from and;
    - A suitable time for you to take a call from us.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Amy
