    I bought something almost two weeks ago. It never arrived. I have not been able to get through to anyone at <SNIP> and my emails go unanswered. Has anyone used this company before? Or have I been scammed? I am beginning to think this site must be a scam.
    I can try a reverse-charge on my credit card..only thing I can think of now.

    Looking at the website looks like a legit company, they also list 2 numbers for George Street and Dundrum, I tested bith number, they answer after a couple of rings, did you try them? have you tried their facebook or twitter?

    If after all of that still no help, next option would be a charge back.

    Thanks very much. Well it was Saturday when I was ringing and first thing this morning...maybe they just don't man the phones at those times. However, they have still not responded to my emails that I have sent since last week, which is kind of bad form...considering on the order email it says to email them if there are any problems.

    I don't actually 'do' Twitter or Facebook but I might actually just set up a Twitter in order to contact them that way.

However, they have still not responded to my emails that I have sent since last week, which is kind of bad form...considering on the order email it says to email them if there are any problems.

    like many online companies, they probably work monday to friday as they are the days couriers collect items.
    If you emailed after 4pm Friday, you can't expect response until Monday - remember not all online companies are huge places with 24/7 customer support with call centre people (who only follow a computer screen answer anyway)

    as above - try calling them in regular office hours

    Point noted re: phoning, however I would have thought pharmacies answered phones on Saturdays? Don't they have customers ringing in for medication orders?

    Regarding the emails, these were sent since the middle of last week during office hours and still went unanswered.

    Update. Received package today. Waited two weeks for it, which to me isn't acceptable. Also never received any response from company to my queries by email. Again, I find this not to be acceptable as I emailed them on the address they gave me "if you have any queries in relation to your order".
    Product received but too late now as I ended up purchasing similar product elsewhere after about 10 days due to needing the product. Won't be returning it as I can only imagine the hassle I will have getting a refund when they don't engage from the outset.
