Supplementary Welfare Allowance/MC2 Certs/Return to JA

While I was previously on JA, I've been on Supplementary Welfare Allowance for the last while after needing to have surgery and I've been handing in MC2 certs to the local Community Welfare Officer to receive the SWA during that period.

Now that my doctor has cleared me back to full fitness, I'm just wondering what's the process for returning to JA?
Do I hand in my last cert to the CWO or should I just give it in to my usual SW office?

Also, is there anything else that needs to happen or is the process more or less automatic?

And does anyone know how long it usually takes to revert back to JA?

Is it an Intreo office? If so just go to your sw and make a ja claim. Should be linked and in payment straightaway

The usual office I mentioned is Intreo, but not where I've been handing in my certs to the CWO; hence the question.

I need to hand in the final cert this week and unfortunately trying to get any of these people on the phone is an impossibility at the best of times!
