    slow to get back to people? I've emailed a few times about an issue I'm having with my student account. They have answered me but I got conflicting emails about the issue I emailed about and it still hasn't been fully resolved. I'm afraid I'll miss the deadline to pay the deposit on my course and I feel I have given them ample time (well over a month) to resolve the issue.
