Hey guys my laptop is playing up I have a password on my log in server Am entering the correct password But it says log in server cannot be loaded now its unless how do I sort this ?

Type password into user name field in case a key is not working or keyboard layout has changed to make sure this end is working. Is it company laptop as in on a network user and password?
