What do you think will happen to Ireland if Trump gets elected? Trade agreements with the US, Northern ireland, inversions forced to move back profits to the US? Socially any changes

The current trade agreement being negotiated with the US is TTIP.
I don't think Trump has outlined a position, but he's against NAFTA and the TPP, so I think it's fair to assume that he'd also be against TTIP.

Of course, Trump in power would be a totally different animal to Trump vying for power.

That's the key point. Trump says he is against inversions and tax dodging because that's what the US voters (on both sides) want to hear; but at the end of the day Trump is a businessman and if (god forbid) he is elected President, he will do everything in his power to advance his personal/business position and those of his friends/allies.

Almost as if it existed to prove my point perfectly "Exhibit A" - Trump chooses hedge fund manager as Campaign Finance Chair.

    FTA:
The choice of a Goldman partner turned hedge fund manager as a campaign finance chair is hardly unprecedented in American politics, but Trump has singled out “hedge fund guys” as a scourge on the American economy and compared their business model to criminality. While it’s not the first time that Trump’s actions have flown in the face of his own statements (or objective truth), it is a pretty bold statement that The Donald is ch-ch-changing as he enters the general election.
