Ooooh I have an idea, let's leave the baby faced tormented teenager in charge of the prisoner!

I hope that's it for Alicia and Jack. Really really stupid side story. Plus, it's a bit creepy how much he looks like Nick.

Even so, leaving a teen in charge would usually end with the prisoner escaping / manipulating them

when the handover occurred the turned guy was a lot quieter. too many things like that and characters acting stupid to get into this

So now, the mild-mannered schoolteacher becomes a tactical specialist and negotiator, while leaving the one person with military training on the boat. She takes a loaded handgun but forgets to use it while her schoolteacher husband (who can fight with his hands tied behind his back) struggles with someone, while two guys struggle with a zombie whose hands are tied behind its back.....just as the daughter gets free.

This has become a show where I hope the zombies win and I don't think I'll waste another 44 mins on it. A fine premise totally wasted

still going on about not having money to pay to more people over the border it doesnt seem plausible that they dont put the guy striaght

Who was the voice that told Daniel to take the gun? And why was he going to take the bag off his head?

I suspect it was someone from his military days; either someone he killed or a fellow soldier. Expect an episode devoted to his previous life soon enough...

Probably. For a minute I thought it was Luis speaking over speaker!

Annnnd another thing, the Abigail once docked at the coast to hide from Connors group on sonar. How was it so easy for them to find Connors five boats right by the coast on sonar?

That would be far more interesting that the nonsense we've been served up so far. Him and Strand are the only characters that make you sit up and pay attention to. Death can't come quick enough for the rest of them.

I hope I'm wrong about this because I really enjoy the Walking Dead universe but I think Kirkman and AMC have made a serious misjudgement with this one. The premise is fine but you need to have characters that people care for.

That trade off scene on the dock was a joke. If the chubby lad couldn't tell there was something up with his brother then he deserved to die. FFS...just call his name and see what he says!

Someone needs to tell Chris to "look at the flowers" as soon as possible.

I like the addict also. It's not your typical character and there is great scope with him. But he's not being used to anywhere near his potential.

I'm not going to watch this again until pussyboy gets killed...and I hope he gets it soon! I hope he gets caught by Z, has to be shot by someone as an act of mercy (more to the viewer than for him) and then killed again when he turns.
The premise is fine but you need to have characters that people care for.
I see a lot of others write this too but I disagree. I don't watch shows to bond, empathise with or even like characters. In zombie-related shows, I'm in it for the realistic portrayal of the situations that would likely arise and the endless new ways of killing Z. I don't care if Madison 'grows' from being a lets-help-everyone biatch to being more ruthless and Salazar goes from being a tough-guy with a brutal past to becoming a more sympathetic, well-rounded person: I tuned in because FTWD said it was going to show how the world transformed into the horrible apocalypse depicted in TWD. And how do they do that? By centering the story on a boat in the Pacific Ocean with people you'd throw overboard just for some peace and quiet.
That trade off scene on the dock was a joke. If the chubby lad couldn't tell there was something up with his brother then he deserved to die. FFS...just call his name and see what he says!
And Conor has a .50 cal machine gun that can capsize boats but goes to the swap with no back-up or cover? And why the need for the bag over the head in the first place? Everybody's seen everybody's face and it's not like the marina is some secret location that must be protected...
This show should be given new writers/director or just shelf it.

I have given up on this, promising first season but they ruined it by going on that f*cking boat  There was some episodes where there wasn't even any zombies in them :D
