    Rip tegs.
This probably belongs in the lgbt/gender fluid/I wore my friend's knickers once forums but I thought I'd five it a lash here.
In the absence of anyone caring, that little weirdo from west life or boyzone (not sure) is representing Ireland. I've not heard the sing, but I'm sure its magnificent.

I'm gonna randomly puck Ukraine for the win this year. Again, I've not heard their song, but I'm certain it's a gem.

    Who is your pick?
What do you think about the competition?
    What are your memories?

Johhny Logan won it with 'What's Another Millennium'. Where have you been?

Memories? 1987. A few weeks before the Eurovision going to see Johnny Logan in Ballyhaunis, paid £4.

About 6 weeks later, he's back in Ballyhaunis, same venue but now they want £5!!

    B'stards. :-)

Since Derek Mooney left RTE Radio 1 afternoon programming its hardly talked about at all, Derek was a great man for Eurovision along with some guy call Paul who regularly climaxed on the show when Eurovision was discussed

Ukraine does indeed have a chance this year. Wouldn't bet the mortgage though. Russia or Bulgaria better bets. Germany for the each way. Stick a euro on each of those and you'll be in profit. It is now really dependant on the staging though and I haven't seen it yet. This can drastically alter perceptions. Oh and by the way Irelands song is mediocre rubbish.

When he was with Today FM he spent a week broadcasting from the Eurovision more than once. Didn't hear what he said, but he's gone horrid cranky the past few years, so it wouldn't surprise me if he's changed his mind on it.

He had a Eurovision special on his show last Saturday. I stumbled upon it while flicking through the stations in the car. I didn't listen to it. I swear. Ahem.
