HEAR Scheme External Candidate

Is the HEAR scheme available to external leaving cert candidates? Is it available if you repeat at a PLC College or Grinds College? I did my first leaving in a secondary school but I plan to repeat. Thanks!

Nope it wasn't. I did I should quality with other indicatior conditions.

I was just wondering did you actually have to be a student in a school to apply for HEAR.
