England Based Photographer

My brother in the uk had a nightmare experience with a photographer and videographer based in England.

The reason I'm posting here is that this photographer has on his Facebook page that he has bookings for Northern Ireland and Ireland later this year. I see he has recently photographed a wedding in the North also. I don't think I'm allowed to name him? So if anyone has a photographer/videographer from England doing their wedding pm me. You'd be better to cut your losses on the deposit now.

For anyone curious - He paid in full for a full days photography, dvd of day, album and two portraits. All he has gotten is a disc with 1200 photos and struggled to pick 50 for the album (example - 70 photos of people leaving the church and only one photo of their child). The quality of the sound and picture on the dvd is so bad he's refusing to show it to anyone (bar me and parents) and it's completely unedited. It's about 5 hours long! He hasn't recieved the album or portraits and the photographer will no longer answer the phone to him and his wife and blocked them from his Facebook page. He has recently disabled leaving reviews on his page also.
