    Crysis on €250? Good luck.

Realistically you're going to have to up this to €400-500 to get any bog standard machine. Cheapest I could put up would be

    AMD A10 €120
    Board €50
    8gb RAM €30
    400w PSU €50
    Case €40
    500gb HDD €25
    Total €315

Thisll manage most of your games at that res, some might only budge 30fps though.

I'll repeat, saving to €400-500 or €600 would make a huge difference to your experience, but if you're fine with this fire ahead.

You'll want to look at AMD A10 gaming benchmarks first anyways

If you are tyring to keep the budget as low as possilble, you are better off getting a second hand desktop, something like this and adding a graphics card.

As the power supply is unknown you would be best off banging in a 750ti, some of them dont even need a power connector so would be limited to drawing 75watts or so, which should be fine. This one for instance.

They are about €290 combined. Just an example, should play most things very well at your resolution.

For such a low budget i would really recommend getting parts secondhand parts. Go on youtube and search linustechtips r7 250 unboxing and rant he makes some good points there. Anyway good luck with your build :)

    As stated above, you have a few options;
-Expand the budget to a reasonable level such as €400 or €500. You see, price/performance at such low prices are awful, whereas the highest gain is seen in the €450-€600 region.
-Buy a 2nd hand PC and add parts to it as you go. This will wind up more expensive down the line when you factor in the fact that you'll most likely be finding older PC builds, with reduced performance.
-Save and push the budget for the sweet-spot €500-€600. This IMO would be the best solution, but, whether this is possible for you or not is up to you.

You'll have to go second hand but will need to be patient with parts but overall can get a good gaming pc for that money.

    ebay.ie/itm/Intel-Core-i5-2500K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3-70-GHz-/282034138476?hash=item41aa8b6d6c:g:i58AAOSwInxXMnNw

    I5 2500k - 96.48

    amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-GA-H81M-H-GIGABYTE-H81M-H-M-ATX/dp/B00I6DLKCA/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1462966106&sr=8-12&keywords=1155

1155 motherboard - 45 euro (I know its not the overclock version for the processor)

    4GB Ram - 21.92
    ebay.ie/itm/Corsair-XMS3-4GB-1X4GB-Memory-Module-DDR3-1600MHz-PC3-12800-DIMM-Desktop-/381117708376?hash=item58bc62b858:g:pxoAAOSwKfVXIM7D

    Hard Drive - 26 euro

    Case - 15 euro

    adverts.ie/towers/new-case-for-pc/10404493

Power supply - 21 euro (although cheap should be okay - should really be getting one from a decent manufacturer) can up a bit more on this)

And the 750 ti the previous poster mentioned if you could get for around 80 would bring it up to around 305

Its not the right chipset either, thats a 1150 board.

    Overall that's a great find though :)

I'd implore the OP to go this route but get a good PSU for €40-50

This is by far the best option with that budget. No point buying a pile of parts seperately when you can just do this. Loads of machines of this type or similar on Ebay. €300 would get you an i5 2nd/3rd gen, 8GB ram, 500GB HD, GTX750Ti.
