    Hi guys

Just finished rebuilding suspension on the rear and I went to get a laser alignment today. The guy in the shop refused to do it saying it's out far too much.

What would cause my rear right (drivers side in Ireland) Toe to be out so far? There is no subframe damage. I have replaced everything except the droplink and the anti roll bar. Alloys are new and undamaged. All replacements are from the breakers (second hand parts) and visually fine. It's been several months driving with issues. Just needs alignment because steering is off center tripping the traction control. Only thing I notice is one of the upper control bar bushings is starting to degrade where it's bolted to the body but it's not so far gone that it's clanking and ratteling. It has a bit of knock when moved with a pry bar.

Is the guy in the shop just BS'ing me saying the adjustment can't be done? He told me to come back Monday when their "expert" mechanic is in.

Possibly rotten/seized bolts that need opening on the e90 to adjust the toe?

Either their machine is banjaxed or some thing is bent, there's really no other explanation for there being over 11° of toe out on the rear right wheel.

You'd be able to see 11° of toe with your eye, it would be blatantly obvious.
