ICB Credit Report Query - Opening Balance on mortgage

Hi I recently got a copy of my ICB credit report. All good, but my mortgage account shows an "Opening amount" of €90,500 and a term of 240 months. The 240 months is correct, but the Opening amount was €150,000. €90,500 doesn't even correspond to any updated amount in time, reduced facility or anything. Any idea why this is…

Hi

I recently got a copy of my ICB credit report.

All good, but my mortgage account shows an "Opening amount" of €90,500 and a term of 240 months. The 240 months is correct, but the Opening amount was €150,000.
€90,500 doesn't even correspond to any updated amount in time, reduced facility or anything.

Any idea why this is showing this amount, and does it affect me in any way?

If your report contains a mistake, you're entitled to go back to the lender and have them fix it: http://www.icb.ie/credit_rating.php#q09
