I got new old stock dura ace 7800 levers a couple of years ago, they were to be used in a rebuild project that never really happened. My question is - should I use them or sell them - is there a market for them, not going to sell them for the price of a used set, would it be worth throwing on ebay for example? Appreciate any input.

7800 parts still get nice money on ebay.

Possibly the best levers ever made. If you're staying 10 speed and don't mind cables being visible, whatever you replace them with won't work any better. Newer levers are so light that they break much easier if your bike falls and the springs are of poorer quality.
