    Feel free to move if in wrong section. Does any 22-24" Smart TV come with built in Saorview?

    Any sold in this country should. You can check on Saorview.ie for compatibility.

    Should be able to handle the Saorview signal, but you'll need an aerial of some kind, as this isn't built in ...
