I have a calf born yesterday morning.I had him with vet yesterday as he was constipated and a bit bloated. While he has manured today his ears are back the whole way,he however is not cold in anyway. You have to push him to rise him and direct him towards the udder. Is he sick or just case of dosy Charolais

The fact he dunged he could be just dozy. I often found charolais calves we had to be bit lazy.

What did the vet say or administer ??

Did he get a good go of beastins and die he feed much or how regularly.

How hydrated is he?? Skin tent test is reliable test for dehydration and if needs be I'd be giving him some electrolytes. Dehydration lowers their blood pressure making them feel lousy and lethargic it also stops them absorbing their feeds properly.
