Hi there, Has anyone ever taken the night sailing to the UK? Looking at the prices its obviously the cheapest. Just wondering how you organise yourself if you are on the night crossing times?

We travel to the UK fairly frequently from Rosslare to Pembroke and almost always use the cheaper night sailings.

There are only 2 of us, both adults so we just take sleeping bags, make our way to the large cafe area at the front and find a three seater for the wife to sleep on whilst I sleep on the floor. You get a wonderful early call from the Captain so no fear if you think you may sleep in.

If you have kids there is a small play area at the rear of the ship by the shop which has decent seating and also has more room for them to move around. Just get on board and upstairs as quick as you can, spread yourselves out along as much space as you need and you will be okay.

    Hope this helps.
