A month ago I discovered this lump on the front of my right testicle and over the last number of weeks it has become bigger (it is the size of a pea now) and harder and it doesn't move when you feel it. It is white in color and it isn't sore or painful. Up to now I had been hesitate in seeing a doctor but I have finally picked up the courage to go to the doctor on Monday. I know I should of went to see a doctor when I first noticed it but I just didn't have the courage to go. But I am determined to go Monday.

On your testicle or your scrotum? Sounds like a cyst from your description.

On the bag? Probably a cyste

On the ball? Get checked out straight away.

Thanks, I will get it checked out anyway. I don't believe they need to do anything for a cyst but I am not sure.

It could be as simple as an ingrown hair, best to get it checked out though.

Testicular cancer would be on the testicle itself and you wouldn't know what colour so don't be too worried. Get it sorted asap though as it's not going to get better itself

It's a cyst. Program on tv other night about these. They will cut off at worst and two stitches.

How can people who haven't examined you be saying its a cyst. What a foolish thing to do. Imagine if they were wrong. Very brave thing to do. Not even saying .... I think it's probably a cyst....... Just straight out...... It's a cyst.....

Agreed. Medical advice is against the charter across all forums on Boards and we got way too close to Dr Google here.

IndridCold please keep the appointment with your doc on Monday and best of luck.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
