I'm a bit stumped on this one. One of my work colleagues recently upgraded from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 6. We did the usual backup and restore and all seemed good.
One issue that I can't figure out is when the receive new text message(s) the unread count (little white on red number) does not show. I believe I have the notification center settings correct. Does anyone have any suggestion of what might be wrong?
