online car insurance quotes

    are online car insurance quotes a joke ?

    best I can get online is approx €800, for fully comp insurance from the 123.ie and chill.ie and all the rest

    aviva my current insurer is even €680 online, yet I get my letter in the post €488 and on haggling can get it down to €472 over the phone

    that is for 34year old male, 5years no claims, 2 penalty points expiring in September,

    I only have one policy with Aviva as no home or any other type of insurance with them

    Did you try Bank of ireland, best on line quote i got, but i am a BOI customer so got a extra discount.

    Insurance is gone mad across the board.

    BOI seems to be the only game in town for a reasonable quote these days.

    There is no particular company that you should use. It depends on your particular circumstances.

    Read these two and and find suggestions on comapnies to use and what quotes people have received. Then get quotes from every single broker/insurer you can find in these threads.
