any info is a big vague.. what exactly are you trying to find out ?

For what it's worth I use this site for booking my train tickets... http://en.voyages-sncf.com/en/ It's child's play, just like booking a flight. Put in your origin, destination etc and your dates / times and it will bring you up the fares, departure times and the journey times. Very user friendly...

What kind of train do you want to travel with?

If you want to go on the TGV (High-speed train), it takes 35 minutes and you better book your ticket in advance on : http:// www . belgianrail . be/en/Default.aspx

That's the Belgian Train website. I think you will probably need to leave from Bruxelles-Midi station and go to Lille Europe station. That's fast, straightforward, and probably expensive (30€ minimum).

If you want to take your time and see a bit more of the Belgian countryside by the window, you can take any train from Bruxelles-Midi, or Bruxelles-Central, or Bruxelles-Nord (the 3 main train stations in Brussels) going to Tournai. There usually are 2 trains per hour and it takes about 1h15 minutes. Then, change train in Tournai for a train to Lille, which will allow you to cross the border. There should be 1 train per hour and it takes about 20 minutes. If you choose this option, you don't need to book any ticket in advance, just buy a ticket at the station on the same day, and it will allow you to travel at any time that day. This option should also be cheaper than the high-speed train (probably between 15 and 20€, depending on the kind of ticket you buy).

    OP
Be aware that Euro 2016 will be on and there are games in Lille, so that will have an effect of train tickets etc.
