Can anyone recommend any methods for cleaning the dirt off of my macbook air, or any specific cleaning fluids that are good?

    Thanks

Not really, as long as alcohol free for the screen but alcohol wipes would be fine for everything else.

I use a thin microfibre cloth (the flat, thin type, not the towelling, loop-pile type), wet with tap water, then wrung out fully, so it's just damp.

I clean all my electronics with them, it gets dust off screens and dirt off keyboards, it's really good for greasy mobiles and it works great on dusty car dashboards and interiors too.
