I bought Fallout 4 for PC and when I put it in the disk drive it doesn't show up. I have subscribed to steam and have downloaded the platform but don't know how to proceed. My computer was recently updated to windows 10 and since then doesn't seem to read dvds etc. Any ideas or help appreciated.

Forget the disk. Disks for steam only titles are a bit of a joke.

The manual has a product code. Open Steam, click Games, click Activate a product on steam... then enter that code. Your game is then permanently tied to that account (so dont lose it!).

If you've got the product key (should be included with your game) you can register it and download it on Steam at Games > Activate a product on Steam.
