Pay as you go power card

    Hi,

    I moved into a flat with a pay as you go meter and signed up with yourselves two weeks ago tomorrow. I still haven't received my card. Is it normal for it to take this long to arrive. I'm getting a bit worried as I've only about €20 of the €50 free credit left. Thanks

    For account security, we need you to please confirm the following details for us via private message:

    - Your full name
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Your contact number or date of birth
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
