Small Retaining Wall - Block System?

I'm looking to build a small retaining wall - probably about a foot tall. I've heard of systems of blocks that interlock sometimes without morter. Has anyone heard of this and if so, do you know of any suppliers / retailers in Dublin?

I've seen Tensar system before but its way overkill for what your talking about here. If it's only a foot high, then 3 row of block on the flat with fair faced joints could do?
